Northamptons 'New' Support Group
The Northampton end of the regional bariatric service is to hold its first patient support group on 25th February at the Pavilion clinic, Brackmills at 7.30.
The group is being convened by Ruth Wildman, the Bariatric Nurse Specialist and the plan is to allow people to meet and share ideas and experiences with a view to making this a self-sustaining group of like minded people all working towards a common goal.
Any suggestions for the conduct of the meetings will be welcome but there are already ideas in terms of recipe sharing, charity walks, guest speakers etc.
If anyone is interested in coming along, please call 01604-885027, so we have an idea of numbers - We are already looking fairly full!
